Its in the (IMAP) mailbox.  This is after procmail, etc. get their
hands on it.  In addition, Postilion (based on TkRat) gets the
'Received:' headers over IMAP.  I just tried it, and it does get the
headers.  It also shows the Mime headers, which Balsa doesn't show.
(btw, Postilion understands Mime attachments)

I am using Balsa from CVS (11 or 12 February 2001).  I get 'Received:'
headers on mbox mailboxes, but not IMAP mailboxes.
