This is not really a balsa crash but a crash in a regex library. The
string that is passed seems to be OK so... Can you set the regex in
Preferences/Mail Options to one with syntax error (say '[') and see how
balsa behaves then (well, versions older than 1.1.1 will most likely
crash).
