[ANNOUNCE] balsa-1.2.pre3 release.

Hello,

I would like to announce balsa-1.2.pre3 release. This is most likely
the last 1.2.0 pre-release. We fixed ugly hang on clicking on URL and
some related issues, and few other as well. If you had any problems
with older
releases, it is recommended to upgrade. I would like to thank all the
people that helped to make this release happen: balsa would not be the
same without you.
