Unusable as a remote-only client.

I am unable to use Balsa as my IMAP client. It refuses to let me re-mark
IMAP folders as Trash, Sent etc; insists on recreating local folders.
And when will it possible to create a real SET, similar to the simple
and straight set up Netscape has (I'm not necessarely asking for
.mailboxlist or subscriptions, but a simple way to organize a remote
mailbox structure).
