My goal summarized in points:
1. allow simple enabling/disabling ldap (very practical for laptop users).

2. move all the addres lookup related setting to single preferences page
if possible (LDAP is address book related thing, is it worth to have a
separate page for it?) This of course would make sense if it would not
cause mess in the pref-manager.c

3. On configuration change, make sure that the lookup cache is reset.

Will you manage to do it by Sunday? How much time (approximately) would you
need for it?
