0.9.4 released

Hello,

As many of you have already noticed, balsa-0.9.4 has been released. It
seems to be quite stable but it is still a development version. It
contains some bug fixes (mailbox edition, message postponing), new IMAP code
with CRAM-MD5 and GSS authentication (SSL does not compile yet but is on the
way). Download it from the balsa web site http://www.balsa.net/ (to be
updated very soon) http://www.newton.cx/balsa/ (already updated).

We slowly approach next stable version and there is ongoing discussion
if it should be called 1.0 or 0.10 :-).
