Same questions about IMAP. It is _extremely_ boring and incomfortable to
add folders one by one (manually writing their names!) instead of
"subscription" interface (a-la Netscape IMAP handling) or something like
this. Please-please-please do proper folder nesting before 1.0.0! For
both local and IMAP folders.

About LDAP usage. Is it possible to provide credentials for LDAP server
(if I use non-anonymous login)? This is necessary feature IMHO.
