BUG: Speach marks in address.

If an email address that you reply to has speach marks in the address,

	"Grimshaw, Stuart" <stuart@smgsystems.co.uk>

the address gets translated as

	"\Grimshaw, Stuart\" <stuart@smgsystems.co.uk>

and Balsa will hang when the message is sent. Is the first \ character in
the wrong place?

This appears in v1.0.0, I don't know about previous versions.
