This is not a bug but a fixed feature. Broken may be your setup. If you
really talk about Outbox, the well, finally it works as it should! Outbox is
where queued mail is kept. It is here until it succedes to be sent. After
sending, the message is moved into Sentbox, and always keeps here. From
Sentbox, no mail is sent out. Outbox is different. If you want to send the
same mesage again, just move it from sentbox to outbox, and then it will be
sent!
