Ok, I had to go back to vim to extract the header of the original mail, 
because Balsa haven't any function to do that (no way to copy some string
from a message)

here it is:

From: "Fellmann, Joaquim {BY~HRNET}" <joaquim.fellmann@insa-lyon.fr>

That's the way it appears in Mutt and in the mailbox file. 
But when displaying this message, Balsa doesn't take the "" caracters
into account, maybe that's why it failed to send the reply...

So far I can see, this is a bug, isn't it ?
