It's just a short announcement that balsa-0.9.0 is ready to download.

Balsa-0.9.0 is pretty much all we have in CVS: new message browser,
improved address book handling, more reliable mailbox backend. The code
has however some experimental and unfinished features enabled so be
warned! The POP problems some people experienced have not been really
addressed yet (with some exceptions).
