filters

I try to use the filters in balsa.
Fisrt I would like use a filter to move every incomming mail from this 
mailing list to a local mailbox called balsa. But in the filters dialog 
box balsa ask me (with move to in the action tab) for a folder not a 
mailbox. So I don't know what i should write here. Should I write the 
filename which corresponds to the balsa local mailbox? 
Other problem, I don't know how i can save my filter. When I use the 
apply button nothing appends. When I use the new button on the left 
side, a new filter seems to be created but I can't edit it.

What should i do ?
