I presume you mean the fact that the binries requitre gnoime-libs 1.2?

Might be worth noting in the README that Balsa will work with pre-1.2
gnome-libs - but people will need to build it themselves (ie remove the
requires: gnome-libs >= 1.2 from the SPEC file)
