Replacement for BalsaMessage - Take 2

Sounds like a good idea to me, and one that shouldn't take too long to do.. I
expect there will be a 3rd patch later tonight.

As a side point, on a 13" screen, it might be better to use the separate
message window, this would save you the screen space used by the mailbox list
and the message list. For it to be most usefull the message window needs a
next/previous message option and all the reply etc, but that wouldn't take to
long to add, it's on my TODO list already.
