Gnome 1.00 will be released shortly (has already been released at
LinuxWorld?).  GTK 1.2 went final a few days ago.

Could we keep balsa sticking to these versions of libgtk and libgnome?  It
is *much* easier to track CVS development on a project if I don't have to
simultaneously track the entire gnome CVS tree to keep up-to-date.
