IMAP timeout

Hi,
another BUG ... in MUTT (I think so )
I got disconnected by my IMAP server (BYE ... timeout or so) and then
balsa crashed. The disconnect is not that bad, if there is a reconnect
option, but the crash seems strange .. (it's not that easy/fast to reproduce :)
