26 submissions are received in CFP, proposal review is working progress.
Proposal review is expected to end in the first week of November, we may allow extra few days for proposal review if needed.

We
will use chat feature on GNOME BBB first at the summit. If we got
problem with builtin chat features like GUADEC, we will use RocketChat as backup plan.
