• GNOME.Asia Summit 2020 Update
  • Kristi receives all 3 Keynote Speaker’s abstract for poster design by Indonesia team.
  • Local team started promoting the registration , and as today we have 55 registrations.
  • Only 2 members of the proposal review team voted.
  • We can confirm all the speakers at the same time once the voting has finished, Kristi can send them all an email to try BBB.
  • We discuss the agenda and finalise the speaker list on next meeting
  • Local team will think when is the start time of the summit.

  • We change our meeting time to every Tuesdays 13:00 UTC from the next meeting.
• When will we meet next time?
  • 10 November 2020, Tuesday. (13:00 UTC)

Action Items

• AI: fenris and local team prepare the description of cooking class and music performance like GUADEC https://events.gnome.org/event/1/page/62-social-events#cooking

• AI: fenris and local team look for potential dancing performance option (or none)
