GNOME.Asia confirmation

Hi all,

Thanks for the announcement about GNOME.Asia, it's exciting to see this
progressing!

There's a couple of things we need to sort out now, especially as I've
had some sponsorship come in from people who want to sponsor GUADEC and
GNOME.Asia.

Primarily, we need to get Foundation approval for a) the funds and b)
the trademark. So, with that in mind, could you fill in the details at 
https://wiki.gnome.org/GnomeAsia/2017Summit ? They're all blank at the
moment.

Secondly, to get a trademark assignment for the GNOME.Asia use of the
logo - it's currently not conforming to the guidelines, so we need to
assign an agreement with you as well.

Can you start with filling in the wiki pages this week? I'd like this
all complete to take to the board for voting on 20th June.
