I'm Estu, as be half of organizer for GNOME.Asia Summit 2016.

The GNOME Asia Summit 2016 will be held in Delhi, at the Manav Rachna International University (MRIU). This is located in the Faridabad district just south of the National Capital Territory (New Delhi) and will held between the 21st and 24th of April 2016

If you interest to be sponsor for this event, you can find the document from this link [1]. As sponsor, you get the chance as speaker. The deference is depend which type you chose as sponsor (time to talk, what session, etc). And you can be speaker without be sponsor by submit as speaker [2].
