I think we should keep the existing name(s) listed at hotel to get voucher(s) and add my and Haggen names, it will be better if any flight delays / special cases occurs, then we will have backup persons to get voucher. Thanks.

We booking 3 double and 3 twin room, but we don't know who will be first landing to Korea.
We must have first landing person (Or local member) with voucher to get 6 room keys.
---- We have no idea who will be first one to landing korea, so I suggest local team member check-in first, and give hotel our speaker name.

If you could help, we must beg karen to change the name to your passport name, and let you get key first.
