Review Action items

• Simon will have concrete estimation this Friday [In processing]
• Simon will booking Hotel for organizers.[Done, Karen and Rosanna booking for us]

• DarkCircle will give more detail with basement of venue. [In processing]

Meeting notes

• GNOME.Asia 2013 Status with the Korean Local Team
  • Karen reply google already confirms their sponsorship for GNOME.Asia summit 2013, and still working with Red Hat.
  • In first week we open the register, we already have 113 local people register.
  • Jincreator is working on GNOME.Asia 2013 Volunteer Registration page and will announce soon.
  • Everyone wish could get together and talk more at Sunday.
  • Everyone discuss the T-shirt with the summit, and will monitor the register numbers.
  • Everyone discuss the summit flyer, and photo sharing. Maybe we will use Flickr group to share photos.
  • Everyone discuss the GNOME Video recording and will take some video clips to edit with promote. Haggen and Sammy will help for take GNOME Video.
  • Everyone discuss the opening talk with committee and local team.
  • Everyone discuss volunteer, jincreator is working hard with volunteer.
  • Everyone discuss printing (banner / stand / flyer)

  • We will meet next weeks on Tuesday, 14 May,2013 at 14:30 UTC in #asia-summit

• Simon will contact DarkCircle and get basement of venue detail (Include agent).

• Tobias will announcement of the open registration on www.gnome.org and planet.gnome.org
• Jincreator will announce GNOME.Asia 2013 Volunteer Registration page.
• Simon will ask agent the deadline for T-shirt, if we might increase the number.
• sakana will create a flickr pool for GNOME.Asia 2013
