Review Action items

• Simon to confirm whether the WiFi covers the whole building -- Will visit at 3/15.

• Simon to find out what equipement will be provided -- will check at 3/15.
• simon will create list of local team members and their respective companies. [Done]
• simon will create list of local IT companies to submit CFS to. [Done]

• Simon & jooncheol to coordinating content for the website [Done]

Meeting notes

• GNOME.Asia 2013 Status with the Korean Local Team
  • LG agree to sponsorship GNOME.Asia 2013, and NIPA will support 5,000,000 won for other expense.
  • Everyone discuss the GNOME.Asia 2013 website with contents.
  • Sammy report the CFP submission will not reply confirm e-mail.
  • Everyone discuss the CFP status and schedule. And sakana will send Call for Paper reminder to speakers last year.
  • wlashell will reach out to Hong Phuc Dang from Vietnam.
  • we should continue to try to encourage local companies to contribute to the Summit.

• Karen will contact Linux Fundation to ask about bank information.

• Will & Simon: create sample list of print & t-shirt items to get quotes
