Review Action items

• jincreator will plan university attracting with training program. [Done]

• DarkCircle will go and find printing shops. [Done]

• Sammyfung will write BoF plan. [Done]
• Simon will booking Hotel for organizers, and sakana will give simon list.[in Process]
• Zugwan and simon_ will plan one day tour, and sakana will send mail to notify speaker we have one day tour plan [in Process]

Meeting notes

• GNOME.Asia 2013 Status with the Korean Local Team
  • jincreator and darkcircle will attend the university students meeting this week and promote GNOME.Asia.
  • Sammy wrote the BoF plan and everyone disucss the Bof. We might use the third room for BoF.
  • Everyone discuss the hotel booking and the budget.

  • DarkCircle found 2 or more company and also found that there can be get our vector format image.

  • NIPA speech topic - NIPA can't give their talks.
  • Simon invited Tutorial speaker - Invited sunjin yang (Subject, Introduction to GObject and GMainLoop)
  • Document with NIPA - We applied nipa's community subsidy program. That means nipa didn't apply to gnome's sponsorship program. So nipa think they don't need to make a document.
  • Will give some suggestion for banner and printing.
  • Sammy and jincreator discuss call for volunteers.

  • We will meet next weeks on Tuesday, 16 Apr,2013 at 14:30 UTC in #asia-summit

• Simon will update hotel booking budget.
