Below is the draft for the T-shirt contest.
How about opinion from others?-Emily===================================================================
The contest
GNOME.Asia Summit 2013 will be held in Seoul, Korea in May 24-25, 2013. We are looking for YOU to help design t-shirts for the Summit. We need two design of T-shirts, for participants and for volunteers.

2. Creative work with Gimp or Inkscape
- Do not modify template itself. Please draw your idea inside of T-Shirts of template
- Do not use too many colors. We don't have enough money.
- If you are not familiar with Inkscape. You can use Gimp.
3. Upload your design (log-in is required)

- Winner: Special gift from Korea and two t-shirts with your winning design

Sammy,How about take this as an example?
-Emily2013/4/3 Sammy Fung <sammy opensource hk>
Do we have any example for prize reference ? If we do, let's copy it.But personally I think cash prize is not necessary because it is a honour to designer if people wear the T-shirt designed by him/her, so I think prize is giving 2 t-shirts to winner (plus any non-cash award/gift/prize if any).
What's opinion of local team and others ? :)On Wed, Apr 3, 2013 at 10:11 AM, Emily Chen <emilychen522 gmail com> wrote:
Vote by GNOME.Asia committee, so the we can vote it on IRC meeting.Apri 16 seems rush for design, so how about vote on April 23 irc meeting.
So time line is:Announce it: April 8Deadline of submission: April 22Vote by commitee: April 23Announce the winner and final design: April 25The Prize is 100 USD + 2 T-shirt.
If everyone is OK with this, I am going to write the detail of the contest.-Emily

It is too rush to design too...I suppose 4/08 announce the contest starting, and 4/21 starts voting. 4/28 is the finally deadline, all event should be done at that day.About four weeks for Korea company to make the T-shirts, I think it really enoughOn Tue, Apr 2, 2013 at 11:20 PM, Sammy Fung <sammy opensource hk> wrote:
I think Emily suggestion would be too rush for printing.
So, I suggest that submission deadline on 4/14, and vote on 4/16 irc meeting by committee (who showed up).
