It would also be helpful to involve everyone with the tasks and guide and suggest them so that I can note and format their accomplishments and work. Max and Haggen would also be getting more matter with this for the quarterly report they are preparing (if it's still not submitted).

Please ask all to CC the mailing list to keep me informed of all the work they are upto so that I can keep updating it.
