Venue Update

Hi All,

The department of Computer Science, City University agreed to sponsor
the venue. Please send a formal letter (soft copy will do) signed by
representative of the organizing committee to the Department stating :

1.  Title and dates of the conference.
2.  The venue requirements (i.e. 2 Lecture Theatres and 6 booths).
3.  The conference is not commercial and there is no fee being
charged(the professional networking event will be held outside but
close to the University, so it should be ok).
4.  Staff and students from CityU will be invited to join the conference.

Our contact will then book the Lecture Theatres as soon as possible.
