factors and decisions. We are now working on the sponsors, and the
amount of fund raised affects the number of speakers. The number of
speakers affects the schedule. And we are now advertising a 2-day
conference to our sponsors, if we cannot fulfill it, it will be bad
for GNOME and any countries that organise GNOME.Asia after us. While
we can make the decisions, we definitely need more input as we have
never organise GNOME.Asia before.
So from everyone's experiences, which factors come first and what is
the sequence in making these decisions?
Yes, we are negotiating with Universities and hope to attract students.
