What is the priority for venue?
* low cost
* university for attracting many students
* Convenient location like gangnam area
If we have enough budget, we can reserve good place for attracting
many people, right now (etc, gangnam).
If we really want to focus student, university is best place.
But, university's venue is also not free.
If low cost is matter, we should finding company that can support their facility.
what is the most important point?
