No need to spend much effort on such an activity if it would take our bandwidth from the basic things we should be worried about. We can settle with a small BBQ or something or none at all for the time being. 

We haven't yet locked down things like the papers we'll accept, among others. Until then, we don't have resource to spend on luxury nice-to-haves

I'll write a thanks post for all the submissions we got and introduce the football match information too! This is not going to be a costly affair and will be making things light (after trainings) besides providing a good start to the event.

Also, since seeing this, people might be changing their minds, I can ask people for more BoF submission ideas till the 29th of this month. (we don't need talks anymore and extending deadlines or deviating from what's decided gives bad impression and makes things look mismanaged.)

Let me know when to do that.
