Re: Social Event (was Re: Discuss GNOME.Asia program)

Hi all,

I think it is not easy to book a (artificial grass) football court in Hong Kong, but it is easier (but not sure) to book a indoor basketball for 2-3 hours. Since high demand but shortage of football/basketball courts.

If people like the idea then we can arrange that, but we already have
BOF on 9 Jun (Sat) night and Professional Networking Dinner on 10 Jun
(Sun) night.  Is 8 Jun night ok?

8th Looks fine!

I'll write a thanks post for all the submissions we got and introduce the football match information too! This is not going to be a costly affair and will be making things light (after trainings) besides providing a good start to the event.

Also, since seeing this, people might be changing their minds, I can ask people for more BoF submission ideas till the 29th of this month. (we don't need talks anymore and extending deadlines or deviating from what's decided gives bad impression and makes things look mismanaged.)

Let me know when to do that.
