Reimbursement for people who registered

Hi All,

Since it was decided to make the event free, please go for the
reimbursement option. Lets not gift people anything and if they do not
like it, they cursing us for it.

So we'll reimburse in cash, and if they want to buy something in return
the t-shirts would be on sale, and they can opt for that.

Once the announcement is out, I'll inform all the forums about the
decision.
