gnome t-shirt for student delegate

hello,
I'm a student from madhya pradesh university. I have registered for
gnome conf a week ago, but as i was going through the details, i found
that student delegates wont get GNOME 3.0 t-shirts.
Why is it so?
It is a must get thing. Please provide students,the t-shirt as well.
Don't do injustise to us.
