We do have a policy on doattend that tickets sold relate to actual passes to an event, so selling T-Shirts online may not be possible. If you wish, you could create a separate ticket which is priced to include both the registration and t-shirt fee, so that attendees can opt to buy a regular ticket or one with a t-shirt. This would then allow you to easily track which registrants purchased relevant tickets.
