Call for Sponsors updated to v1.31

Dear all,

Following an adhoc discussion with the local team we have decided to 
remove the limit on number of sponsors for top and top-1 sponsorship levels.

Call for Sponsors has been updated to reflect this changed and uploaded 
to 
https://live.gnome.org/GnomeAsia/2011Summit?action=AttachFile&do=get&target=GNOME.Asia2011_CallforSponsors.pdf 
as usual.

For companies already contacted and who haven't replied I would 
recommend to use this opportunity to update them about it, talk about 
the 2 days conference now, and all the sessions we will be having during 
the hackfest.
