Hey Pockey,

Yes, after some issues getting the right places requested I've had an
open bug for the sysadmin team to create the new lists. I have a
followup that will merge the members into the new one. 

I also tracked down the issue with the asia-summit alias that Emily is
getting spam with.

As of Oct 6th the bugs are still marked as in progress.

Ray Wang has indicated he is ready to take action on the bugs for us as
soon as we get formal approval.
