I think you are hunting Emily. :-) In the last irc meeting, Emily
replied that she will make contact with Google for approval. Google
has a policy[1] on logo for sponsored event.

Tim, I would suggest that web team follow the old procedure, that you
only receive and upload sponsors information from me, but not pofeng
or someone else. That would be most easy way for you to follow, and
also good to avoid misunderstanding. How do you think?

Pockey and Emily, please note that Ernest is the contact between
COSCUP and GASC, please always cc him. He takes care all the
communications, and he will find the right person of COSCUP to get
things done.
