Hi, Emily
Sure, you can forward the email to him. But it seems rms need travel
subsidy, we need to discuss how much budget to be allocated for him,
and which budget pool to be used.
Just let you know, since rms is not confirmed yet. Our backup plan is
still to announce the conference program at 7/4, and we will leave the
keynote slot blank. Until rms's trip is affirmed.
If rms could not come, the plan is
1. COSCUP have another potential sponsor is interested to take diamond
level sponsorship. If rms is not coming, we will talk to them to see
if they like to take the keynote slot by sponsoring us NTD 200,000
(USD6,400).
2. If the sponsor and rms are both not coming to the conference, we
will let candidate speakers give tech talks. (30 minutes each talk)
Regards
-Rex
