Sponsor speakers, $400 for each

Hi all,

After discuss with most committee members these days, we are agree to 
partly sponsor below speakers to GNOME.Asia Summit:
1. Andy Fitzsimon
2. Alfred Peng
3. Kimmo Hamalaninen
4. Ole Tang
5. Muhammad Takdir
6. Eugene Teo
7. Lei Zhou

We will reimburse each speaker about $400 during/after the summit. We 
will ask them to assign a document. It is a way to make it more clear 
how we spend those money.
I am going to send out emails to those people to say we will provide 
travel reimburse for them.
