The design is simple and nice. I'd prefer pick the 2nd one. The
sponsors logo as far I know should be identical/accurate (colors,
etc.) or at least in neutral color (black). So I will not choose the
1st design which the sponsors logo were in green.

Uhmmm, my imagination about volunteers version is it should be a bit
informal, fresh (they're gonna movin around the events rite?) and
easily recognized (contrast/vibrant/colorful).
