Clear the alias asia-summit-participants-list gnome org

Hi All,

We should clear this list to avoid junk mail to every summit 
participants. I am thinking about below ways.

Before we clear this list, we need to :

1. Send announcement to say we are going to remove every participants 
from asia-summit-participants-list gnome org on a specific data and time 
(For example, 24th, Oct).
2. Upload Summit photos and send links to this list so that everyone can 
download those photos if they want to. (We will keep those photos for a 
week. )
   How do you think , Will ? The whole photos is about 5 G, do we have 
enough space on our server?
3. Send announcement mail about IRC for GNOME.Asia Summit and Beijing 
GNOME User Group
4. Provide a option for them to subscribe to 
asia-summit-participants-list gnome org if they want to.


How about this ? Any ideas ?
