Questions about submitting a theme

Hi!!! I have some questions about your's site.
  I am a registered user of your site (login: Thomas_in_ua).
  I have submit a theme few days (or a weeks) ago.

The questions are:
  1.What time do you need to process my theme ???
  2.Can I modify other themes and submit they to your site ???
