Re: Paging navigation

Does it matter that there are no links to individual pages? I.e. if you wanted to skip to page 4 you would either have to type it in, or click three times on the next arrow.

Does anyone have any usability comments about this, and how does it fit in with the art.ubuntu.com design? Are you guys ok with us making UI changes such as this?

We were also wondering about moving the news section to the bottom of the front page to give more emphasis on the 'latest and greatest' lists. The other idea being mooted was to have an 'icon' style listing on the front page, rather than the list style. Any suggestions on how we could improve the front page?

I love it. It's a bit busier than what's on the site at present, but I
think it would be a great addition.

Hi all,

Thos already know this mockups, and he wanted to see this discussion
here, to know what other people who work on web-page think about this.

Actually we don't like how "Ordering" looks like. Maybe somebody has
better idea about this icons.
Imho, this part should be completely removed. We shouldn't provide any
possibility to change order for users.
