I've just committed a LICENSE file to CVS, which contains a copy of the 
GPL version 2.

Please keep us up to date with your deployment, and any issues you come 
across. There are details about how to set up a copy of the website in 
the mailing list archives[1].

The code base is still under active development, so make sure you are 
signed up to the list to keep informed of developments.
