Anjuta has only read support for Makefile. It means that it will try to 
read your makefiles to find the source files and display them in the 
project pane.

There is no particular support for editing those makefile, you have to 
open them in the main text editor and change them. The project pane will 
be automatically updated after saving the makefile.
