I'm not sure that Gtk 3 is working correctly on Windows so I don't think it makes sense to add this to all project wizard templates. But indeed one sample of a command program would be nice and quite easy to write. Do you know other example?

It now works correctly (at least in my projects). I've been using it since GTK+ 3.4. I can't think of other examples, you don't need to add a lot of things anyway, usually the only difference between GUI and command line programs is that it doesn't need "-mwindows" in its linker options. All changes I made in my projects are based on Glade. Should I make a patch to add those things to the templates?
