Hi! Please update to a newer version of glade (and preferably also anjuta). The current stable versions are anjuta 3.6 and glade 3.14. There was a bug with gtk+-2 handling with glade and anjuta in the past but it has been fixed now. glade 3.8 is gtk+-2 only by the way.
