If I write a rule to tell automake how to create a .pdf from a .doc file in my .doc subdirectory can anjuta figure out the rest? like details like clean rules and distribution stuff? If not is using automake to produce documentation documented any where? If other parts of my project did not require autotools I think I might go with a gnu make file for the .doc subdirectory. Does anjuta know how to setup and deal with _DATA targets?
