[Anjuta-list] Suggestion - automatic mode line

Hello all,

I'd like to suggest that the automatically inserted modeline, in new
projects, take the defaults programmed previously in the editor.

In my case, I programmed tabs to be 8 characters (and other preferences),
but starting a new project it gets set to 4 (even though the editor
is still on 8).
