Hi!

You cannot use a different folder but nevertheless should it be possible
to start two instances of anjuta with the "--no-client" command line
switch.

Anjuta does not store very important things in .anjuta, just the window
position of the last session and such things.

For quick debugging, you might also want to have a look at
src/anjuta-shell which provides a minimal test shell.
